Start with your model

These are general care pointers for the KASIMO range. Follow the instructions supplied with your exact product for inflation, charging, load limits and any model-specific precautions.

Air mattresses with electric pumps

1. Prepare your space. Select a level area, clear sharp objects and leave enough space around the mattress.
2. Check the supplied instructions. Identify the correct pump, nozzle and charging method. Fully prepare the pump as described before use.
3. Inflate to the recommended firmness. Follow the operating sequence for your model and stop when the mattress is appropriately firm. Do not overinflate.
4. Close and check. Secure the valve or pump cap and check that the mattress is positioned correctly before use.

Camping sleeping pads

1. Protect the sleeping surface. Remove stones and sharp objects and use suitable ground protection.
2. Identify the valve system. Follow the instructions for the pad’s own inflation method. Valve and pump arrangements vary by product.
3. Find comfortable support. Adjust the pad using the method in its instructions, keeping valves securely closed during use.
4. Pack with care. Release air as instructed, let the pad dry and roll or fold it without stressing the valve.

Cleaning and storage

Keep the surface clean and dry. Follow model-specific care instructions and avoid abrasive brushes or strong chemicals. Make sure the product is dry before packing it away. Store it away from direct heat, moisture and sharp objects.

If something does not feel right

Check that valves and caps are correctly seated. Note whether firmness changes gradually or suddenly, and whether temperature or a first-use settling period may be involved. If the issue continues, stop using the product until you have suitable guidance and contact our team with your model and observations.
